1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Methodwise: the Methodwise app for ChatGPT, which connects to our server at https://methodwise.app/mcp/playbooks, and the website https://methodwise.app (together, the "Service").

The Service is operated by Vladimir Drogan, an individual resident in Serbia, with the registered address at Majke Jevrosime 4, 11130 Kaluđerica, Serbia ("we," "us," or "our").

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Methodwise helps you turn a task into a step-by-step playbook on widely known decision frameworks. The AI assistant you use, such as ChatGPT, writes the playbook. Our server checks its structure, draws each step as a card and assembles the final document.

The Service is free of charge. There are no paid plans, subscriptions, credits or purchases.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and meet the age requirements of the AI assistant you use with the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the Service only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

4. Website Accounts

The ChatGPT app does not require an account. If you create an account on the website, you agree to give an accurate email address, keep your password secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Playbooks and Frameworks

Playbooks, including the names of the frameworks they use, are produced by the AI assistant you use, such as ChatGPT. The Service checks the structure of a playbook, not whether a framework fits your task or is applied correctly.

AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate. Check a playbook against your own knowledge of your situation before you rely on it. The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial or other professional advice, and you are responsible for the decisions you make.

The frameworks named in playbooks are widely known and openly available. The Service gives them a fixed structure and order and does not claim them as its own.

6. Your Content

You keep all rights to the tasks you describe and to the playbooks and documents you create with the Service. We do not claim ownership of them.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your content only as needed to return the response you requested. The app does not store your content (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for having the right to submit the content you provide.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or deceptive purposes;
• submit content that infringes the rights of others;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• interfere with the Service, overload it, or work around usage limits or security controls;
• call the Service with automated tools beyond normal use through an AI assistant.

The Service applies usage limits to stay available to everyone.

8. Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design and card templates, belongs to us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer these rights to you, except the right to use the Service as described here.

9. Third-Party Services

You use the app through a third-party AI assistant, such as ChatGPT, which is governed by its provider's terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on playbooks or other content produced with the Service. Because the Service is free, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Service if you break these Terms, if your use creates a security risk, or if the law requires it. You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your website account, contact us at mail@methodwise.app.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
